Road Trip to Seattle - July

i took a road trip with my muse, michael, at the beginning of july to deliver him and some of his belongings to his new residence in seattle. it was nearly a 20 hour drive and i did’t get behind the wheel once. instead, i did what i do best: talk shit and eat sunflower seeds. we spent the first night in bend, oregon catching up with our dear friends, brady & lexie (and buddy & sunny). last time we made a similar trip to bend, i blew a tire on my car, which, as a city slicker, i didn’t know how to fix (sorry dad). the mechanic who arrived on scene emasculated me by changing my tire quicker than he could finish his cigarette.

the following few days were spent in seattle, where we enjoyed some rainiers, BBQ’d, and hung out with some old friends. michael and jade’s new house has a tree fort and a hammock, which is where i spent the majority of my time. i look forward to getting back up there and finishing my bag of sunflower seeds.
